Lukashenko signs bill on free trade between EEU, Vietnam

MINSK, 31 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a bill on free trade between the Eurasian Economic Union, its member states and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The document was published on the National Legal Internet Portal on 31 May, BelTA has learned.

The document was ratified by the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic.

The agreement between the EEU and Vietman was signed in Kazakhstan on 29 May 2015. The document provides for zero customs duties for about 60% of product items. Plans have been made to introduce zero customs duties for about 90% of product items by 2025.
