Lukashenko sends Liberation Day greetings to South Korea

MINSK, 15 August (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to South Korea President Moon Jae-in as the country celebrates National Liberation Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state is confident that the mutual interest of two countries in the expansion of trade, sci-tech contacts, cooperation in high technologies, infrastructure, culture and education meet the interests of the two nations.

Alexander Lukashenko expressed hope that the peaceful initiatives of South Korea will promote stability in the region while North Korea-South Korea dialogue will continue its successful development.
