MINSK, 10 August (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has reaffirmed Belarus' interest in the development of the full-fledged dialogue with Ecuador in cooperation in foreign trade, science, culture, education, and the expansion of the legal framework. He has sent a letter of greetings to Ecuador President Lenin Boltaire Moreno Garces as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“People in Belarus appreciate the efforts of your country to create the socially oriented state, raise the wellbeing of Ecuadorian people, and support vulnerable groups of the population,” the message of greetings reads.
