Lukashenko sends greetings to workers, veterans of prosecution bodies

MINSK, 26 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to workers and veterans of prosecution bodies as they celebrate their professional holiday, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state emphasized that this year Belarus' main supervisory body will mark the 95th anniversary. This agency has a special place in the national security system. Since its establishment, the prosecution office makes a big contribution to the fight against crimes and corruption coordinating the activities of laws enforcement bodies.

“Thanks to their professional integrity, objectivity and loyalty, workers of prosecution bodies are by right respected in the society. They are doing their best to protect the rights of citizens and organizations as well as our public and state interests,” the message of greetings reads.

Alexander Lukashenko also thanked the veterans of prosecution bodies whose life experience and wisdom are the example of selfless service to law for the benefit of the nations.
