MINSK, 26 June (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to the personnel of the Second National TV Channel (ONT) on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the TV channel, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Over this period of time you managed to create a modern national TV company meeting the highest standards. Providing a true and objective coverage of all events in our state, the ONT channel enjoys big popularity and trust in the Republic of Belarus and abroad. Thanks to the distinctive style and high professionalism of its employees, the TV channel is watched in every home,” the message of greetings reads. “Together with other Belarusian mass media outlets, you make a big contribution to the formation of public opinion, promotion of moral and spiritual values.”
The head of state expressed hope that the ONT channel will step up efforts to instill patriotic feelings in our citizens, and continue to respond to all important events of concern for people.
