MINSK, 28 March (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to members of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the organization, BelTA learned from the press service of Belarusian leader.
“Your organization has implemented many interesting projects, held important events and initiatives. You make an invaluable contribution to the maintenance of stability and accord in our country, bring up the young generation in the spirit of morality and patriotism. The experience in life and work, professionalism and personal qualities of your members is a good example for other people,” the head of state remarked.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that the veterans will continue to take an active part in social life, help promote the sovereignty of the Belarusian state.
