MINSK, 22 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to People's Artist of Belarus Valentina Gayevaya, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“You have made an invaluable contribution to the preservation and development of the best national dancing traditions. Great achievements of the Belarusian state dance company Khoroshki are connected with your name. The work of this dance company is an indispensable part of the golden fund of the national culture,” the message of greetings reads.
The head of state remarked that the talent of Valentina Gayevaya, her experience, many-year active professional activities as a leader of the renowned company, choreographer, and teacher for the young make a contribution to the prosperity and promotion of Belarus' art in the country and abroad.
