MINSK, 27 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to the workers of the Grodno State Agrarian University as the national educational establishment celebrates its 65th anniversary, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The message runs that over the years of its operation the university has given start in life to more than 35,000 qualified specialists who successfully work in every corner of the country. Many graduates of the university have been honored with state awards.
“Today the staff of the university can justifiably be proud of achievements in the educational and scientific fields. Your promising projects in crop science, cattle breeding, development of new mineral fertilizers and feed supplements deserve high praise,” the message of greetings says.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that the personnel of the university would continue enriching the best traditions of the national higher education, training highly-qualified specialists in the agricultural sector.
