LYASKOVICHI, 26 April (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko discussed the possibility of exporting Ukrainian electricity to Belarus, BelTA learned from the Ukrainian head of state after the meeting on 26 April.
“We discussed it and gave relevant instructions concerning the possibility of exporting Ukrainian electricity to Belarusian consumers,” said the Ukrainian head of state.
The sides also reached an agreement on interaction in the area of energy security, including the expansion of Belarus' presence on the Ukrainian market of oil products.
