Lukashenko orders perfect order ‘from roads to fields' in Belarus in 2018

MINSK, 3 October (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko gave instructions at a government conference held in Minsk on 3 October to bring perfect order to the country next year, BelTA has learned.

“I have already said that next year we will do our best to clean up the country. In 2019 representatives from around the globe will come to see Belarus. What are we going to show them?” the president asked.

“Starting from roads, bridges and interchanges (the face of the country), fields, cities and villages, we are going to talk about today, to areas under crops – everything should be in a perfect order,” the Belarusian leader said.

The president also asked Belarusian Vice Premier Mikhail Rusy to report on the harvesting campaign in the country. “All the problems, if any, should be discussed with the governors,” he said.
