BELGRADE, 3 December (BelTA) – Many sceptics change their attitude to Belarus after visiting the country, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he made a speech to the members of the People's Assembly of Serbia in Belgrade on 3 December, BelTA has learned.
“During my long time in office I have seen many sceptics who changed their attitude to Belarus dramatically after visiting the country,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
The president invited Serbian MPs to discover Belarus, a hospitable, welcoming, enterprising and responsible country with rich cultural and historical heritage, a purely Slavonic nation that is very similar to Serbia. “I assure you that each of you will feel at home in our country and will never be disappointed,” the head of state said.
