Lukashenko: Enough jobs for those who want to work in Belarus

MOGILEV, 22 July (BelTA) – There are enough jobs for those who want to work in Belarus, President Alexander Lukashenko said as he met with the personnel of Mogilevliftmash on 22 July, BelTA informs.

“The employment of people is the main concern for me. But there is a condition – they must want to work. I am ready to do my best to provide jobs to those who want to work. Enough jobs and corresponding conditions have been created so far,” Alexander Lukashenko said.

At the same time, the head of state emphasized that people must look for jobs themselves. “If there are no jobs in Mogilev, there will be jobs in Minsk, Grodno, Svetlogorsk, Dobrush,” the President said.

The head of state remarked that jobs will be created for those who can and want to work.

According to Alexander Lukashenko, the system of job placement for university graduates aims to help young people find jobs. “We always provide the first job to young people, we are always ready to help and support them,” the Belarusian leader said.

The President noted that there can be a small level of unemployment in the country, but it is much lower in Belarus than in other countries.
