MINSK, 27 November (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko sent greetings to Romanian President Klaus Iohannis to congratulate him on his re-election to this important post, BelTA learned from the Belarusian leader's press service.
“The people once again supported your policy towards economic growth and progressive development of the state, strengthening the authority of the state in the international arena,” the message of greetings reads. “Minsk seeks to promote mutually beneficial relations with Bucharest in politics, trade and humanitarian affairs, to support a meaningful dialogue on regional security issues, and intensify fruitful contacts at the level regions of both countries,” the Belarusian leader said.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Klaus Iohannis good health and success in state activities.
