MINSK, 19 October (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Gotabaya Rajapaksa on winning Sri Lanka presidential election, BelTA learned from the presidential press service.
“I am convinced that you will guide your country towards social and economic prosperity. I hope to build a constructive and fruitful dialogue with you with a view to expanding mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
