MINSK, 27 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev because the people of Azerbaijan supported proposed constitutional amendments at the referendum, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“The results of the referendum testify to the high level of trust of the Azerbaijani society in your political and economic course which aims to preserve stability, enhance democratic values, promote comprehensive development of the state, and ensure progress,” the message of greetings reads.
