MINSK, 22 September (BelTA) - Governor of Russia's Sakhalin Oblast Oleg Kozhemyako has been awarded with the Order of Honor. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed corresponding Decree No. 344 on 22 September, BelTA has learned from the presidential press service.
Oleg Kozhemyako received the Belarusian state award in recognition of a big personal contribution to the development of all-round cooperation between the two countries.
