MINSK, 31 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 265 “On opening special accounts” on 28 July, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document envisages the creation of conditions for Belarusian organizations involved in the construction of the Belarusian nuclear power plant (BelNPP) for carrying out monetary transactions connected with the construction of its facilities on time.
