SLUTSK, 16 February (BelTA) – The management of farms by small private meat processing companies was discussed during Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko's working visit to Slutsk District on 16 February, BelTA informs.
The head of state believes it possible to allow small private meat processing companies to take control over agricultural enterprises. “It is not necessary to transfer them into ownership. They can take control over the farms," Alexander Lukashenko said.
He stressed that the authorities must not interfere with the operation of these companies. However, it is necessary to control the staff. “The personnel is a policy of the state. Human resources are essential,” the president said.
