Belarusian law enforcement told to take closer look at harvesting campaign

MINSK, 27 July (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko instructed law enforcement bodies to take a closer look at the harvesting campaign, State Secretary of Belarus' Security Council Stanislav Zas told reporters after the session hosted by the Belarusian head of state on 27 July, BelTA has learned.

“The head of state has given additional instructions to law enforcement agencies today. The harvesting campaign begins in Belarus. Law enforcement agencies will also fulfill a number of important tasks here,” Stanislav Zas remarked.

The state secretary said that it will be needed to inspect the condition of harvesting equipment. Special attention will be drawn to the preservation of the harvest. “Our law enforcement agencies will take all these issues under control. The head of state has given a corresponding instruction to us today,” he said.
