MINSK, 2 February (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has signed the decree on setting up the nonblank credit and financial organization Belinkasgroup with the participation of the National Bank, OAO ASB Belarusbank, and OAO Belagroprombank, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Belinkasgroup is set up to improve the organization of cash circulation in the Republic of Belarus, develop encashment services,” the press release of the press service reads.
The organization will also provide assistance to the national bank in operating cash flows, organizing a centralized system for the collection, processing and delivery of money and other valuable things, provision of encashment services with the application of cutting-edge technologies and the best global practices.
The new company will help optimize the functions of banks in encashment, transportation, processing and storage of valuable things, reduce expenses on the maintenance of material and technical resources and the number of special vehicles and weapons used by corresponding organizations in Belarus.
