MINSK, 21 August (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to People's Artist of the RSFSR Andrei Konchalovsky, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“You have created many bright and memorable films and theater productions. Your productive activities are appreciated by the audience and the professional community in Russia and abroad,” the message of greetings reads.
The head of state remarked that Andrei Konchalovsky is a great master dedicated to his work, a person constantly trying to reach the heights of his profession.
“I am convinced that your versatile activities will help enhance friendship and cultural ties between our nations,” Alexander Lukashenko stressed.
