Belarus president makes new appointments

MINSK, 7 August (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made new appointments on 7 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state appointed:

Valentin Rybakov Belarus' permanent representative to the United Nations Organization.

The president also approved the appointment of:

Vladimir Belov as chairman of the Gantsevichi District Executive Committee;

Alexander Doroshenko as chairman of the Drogichin District Executive Committee;

Oleg Matskevich as first deputy chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee;

Andrei Bulavkin as chairman of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee;

Alexander Poznyak as chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee;

Oleg Poskrobko as chairman of the Soligorsk District Executive Committee;

Pavel Nalivaiko as chairman of the Osipovichi District Executive Committee;

Dmitry Ruban as chairman of the Khotimsk District Executive Committee;

Andrei Dapkyunas as deputy minister of foreign affairs;

Alexander Korbut as deputy minister of natural resources and environmental protection;

Alexander Baraulya as deputy minister of sport and tourism;

Alexander Marchenko as director general of Borisov Plant of Automotive and Tractor Electrical Equipment – managing company of Avtokomponenty Holding Company;

Gennady Azarov as director general of Vityaz;

Sergei Patskevich as director general of Minsk Gear Plant;

Anatoly Martsul as director general of MPOVT;

Ivan Kubrakov as a member of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee;

Sergei Klishevich as a member of the Minsk City Hall.
