MINSK, 23 June (BelTA) – The Belarus President Administration should use individual approach in the work with people. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko gave this instruction at the meeting with the senior officials of the Belarus President Administration on 23 June, Head of the Belarus President Administration Natalya Kochanova told reporters.
“First of all, an emphasis was placed on the work with people. There was a clear-cut instruction to use individual approach in this work, namely to organize onsite meetings on private matters, organize reports of directors of enterprises, organizations, local administrations to inform the population and teams of workers about the current tasks for employees, future goals and plans of enterprises and organizations, the development of Belarusian regions,” Natalya Kochanova said.
She also stressed that the Belarus President Administration pays serious attention to this issue and regularly holds onsite meetings with people. “It is important to use individual approaches to all issues of concern. At the same time, we make conclusions about the most urgent questions of our citizens,” the head of the Belarus President Administration continued.
The meeting also focused on the training and selection of administrative personnel. It was noted that the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the Belarusian President plays a serious role in the process. “Clear-cut tasks to reform this work have been determined. Indeed, people who will occupy administrative posts and become strong executives should study there,” Natalya Kochanova remarked.
At the meeting Alexander Lukashenko listened to the reports of the head and deputy heads of the Belarus President Administration, aides to the president. They laid out their vision of the situation in the areas of their responsibility. In particular, Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration Valery Mitskevich spoke about legislative work, including about a draft document aimed at promoting entrepreneurship. Nikolai Snopkov briefed the president on economic matters and Belarusian-Chinese projects.
The head of state gave an instruction to hold such meeting on a regular basis to discuss all pending issues and make necessary decisions.
