MINSK, 26 January (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko offered his condolences and sympathies of the Belarusian nation to President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in, friends and families of the people killed by the hospital fire in the city of Miryang, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
Alexander Lukashenko stressed that Belarus felt pain and sorrow at hearing the tragic news. The head of state wished speedy recovery to the injured.
A hospital in the city of Miryang caught fire. Over 40 people died as a result. They are presumed to have suffocated on smoke. Dozens more were injured. Some of them are in a critical condition.
