ISLAMABAD, 5 October (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif hold talks in Islamabad, BelTA has learned.
The talks started with the official welcome ceremony. At the residence of the Pakistan Prime Minister, the Belarusian President was welcomed by the guards of honor. Then Alexander Lukashenko and Nawaz Sharif went to the Prime Minister's office for the official negotiations which will be held first in the one-on-one format and then in the extended format.
After the talks the sides are expected to sign a number of bilateral documents.
