MINSK, 28 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko appointed Alexander Karlyukevich Belarus' information minister. Previously he worked as deputy information minister, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian leader urged Alexander Karlyukevich to organize the efficient work of the Information Ministry because he held the post of the deputy minister before his promotion.
The head of state also remarked that the experience and knowledge of the previous minister Lilia Ananich will be in demand in a different realm. “She will work in a different sector. You will tell me about employment options for her later,” Alexander Lukashenko said to Head of the Belarus President Administration Natalya Kochanova.
