MINSK, 30 June (BelTA) – Belarus and the Czech Republic are opening a new chapter in the bilateral relations, Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomir Zaoralek said as he attended a ceremony to open the new building of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Minsk on 30 June, BelTA has learned.
“The visit to Belarus has been successful, and we are opening a new chapter in the Belarusian-Czech relations,” the diplomat said. He stressed the importance of the fact that the ties between the two countries are growing stronger. For instance, not long ago the Belarusian capital hosted a delegation of Czech businessmen and representatives of the Industry and Trade Ministry.
Lubomir Zaoralek is confident that the opening of the new building of the Embassy in Belarus is a landmark event for the bilateral relations. “The Belarusian-Czech friendship lays the foundation for this,” the diplomat said.
