Vladimir Makei on a visit to Czech Republic

MINSK, 15 June (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei is on an official visit to the Czech Republic on 15-16 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Vladimir Makei is expected to hold talks with Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Bohuslav Sobotka and Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomir Zaoralek. The parties are set to discuss the whole range of issues related to bilateral cooperation, the development of the Belarus-EU dialogue, the current international policy, and also the prospects for further expansion of the Belarusian-Czech cooperation.

The Belarusian minister of foreign affairs is expected to take part in the events to mark 500 years of the Belarusian book printing in Prague. Vladimir Makei is also expected to visit the Czech-Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
