Serbia president arrives in Belarus on working visit

MINSK, 18 May (BelTA) – Serbia President Tomislav Nikolic arrived in Belarus on a working visit on 17 May, BelTA has learned.

It is expected that Tomislav Nikolic and Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko will meet at the Palace of Independence on 18 May. The heads of state will discuss Belarus-Serbia relations, the implementation of investment projects and the results of bilateral cooperation over the last years. The presidents will also share opinions on the political agenda and other issues of current importance.

Alexander Lukashenko will present the Order of Friendship of Peoples to Tomislav Nikolic in recognition of his huge contribution to the enhancement of peace, friendly relations and cooperation between Belarus and Serbia.
