Progress in Belarus-Slovakia cooperation welcomed

MINSK, 20 October (BelTA) - Belarus and Slovakia welcome significant progress in the development of interaction in a number of ways. The fact was noted during a meeting between Belarus' Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Evgeny Shestakov and State Secretary of the Slovak Ministry of Economy Rastislav Chovanec, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The talks were held in Bratislava within the framework of the 13th meeting of the joint commission on cooperation in trade, economy and science . Evgeny Shestakov and Rastislav Chovanec stressed that the two countries have recently marked the important progress in the development of cooperation in such areas as industrial cooperation, medicine and pharmacy, science, energy, waste management, and finance.
