Polish parliamentary delegation to visit Belarus 4-6 December

MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – Poland's parliamentary delegation, led by Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland Stanislaw Karczewski, will pay a working visit to Belarus on 4-6 December on the invitation of the Council of the Republic, BelTA learned from the press service of the Upper House of the Belarusian Parliament.

While in Belarus, the head of the delegation is expected to meet with Chairman of the Council of the Republic Mikhail Myasnikovich and Speaker of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko, visit the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and attend a session of the Council of the Republic.

The Speaker of the Lower House of the Polish Parliament is also set to meet with students and the academic staff of the Philology Department of the Belarusian State University, representatives of Minsk secondary schools with the Polish language, and visit the Belarusian Research Center of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Immunology, and also Nesvizh Castle.
