MINSK, 9 March (BelTA) - Sofa Landver, Minister of Aliyah and Immigrant Absorption, will lead the Israeli delegation to Belarus on 12-14 March, spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik told a press briefing on 9 March, BelTA has learned.
The delegation will also include representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, different agencies and businessmen of Israel. Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei is expected to meet with Sofa Landver to discuss a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation, including the 25th anniversary of the Belarusian-Israeli diplomatic relations.
The fifth meeting of the joint Belarusian-Israeli committee on trade and economic cooperation will be chaired by Vice Premier Mikhail Rusy and Sofa Landver.
