Foreign politicians send greetings to participants of 5th Belarusian People's Congress

MINSK, 22 June (BelTA) – Politicians from various countries send greetings to the participants of the 5th Belarusian People's Congress, Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov said at the 5th Belarusian People's Congress on 22 June, BelTA informs.

Greetings came from representatives of 31 countries: Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Belgium, Vietnam, Germany, Israel, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, the USA, Turkey, France, Japan, etc.

“The message of greetings from Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federal Assembly Sergey Naryshkin reads that the Belarusian People's Congress as one of the most important forms of government by people in the Republic of Belarus aims to make a big contribution to the development of the state, discussion of major tasks and actual priorities. Sergey Naryshkin also wished Belarus productive work, peace, stability, and wellbeing,” the prime minister noted.

The participants of the 5th Belarusian People's Congress also received greetings from various associations and their leaders, in particular, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

“The central idea of all messages is the support of Belarus' commitment to the principles of friendship of peoples and its resolution to join efforts in the fight against modern challenges and global threats. Foreign politicians also wish productive work for the benefit of Belarus,” Andrei Kobyakov stressed.
