MINSK, 16 December (BelTA) - The coordinator of the working group on political affairs presented a nonofficial working document on amnesty prepared on the basis of the written proposals submitted by the parties, OSCE special representative in the trilateral contact group on Ukraine Martin Sajdik told media on 15 December, BelTA has learned.
"The working group on political affairs continued the discussion on the modalities of local elections in some districts of Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts. In addition, the coordinator prepared the nonofficial working document on amnesty on the basis of the written proposals submitted by the parties. This document will be discussed in January 2016,” said Martin Sajdik.
He noted that the working group on political affairs had a meeting jointly with the working group on security to discuss the safe conduct of the local elections in the self-proclaimed LNR and DNR.
