MINSK, 23 August (BelTA) – The parties to the conflict in Ukraine continued discussing the separation of forces and assets during the talks in Minsk, BelTA learned from the OSCE's special representative in the trilateral contact group on Ukraine Martin Sajdik on 23 August.

The subgroup on security affairs continued discussing the separation of forces and assets in Stanitsa Luganskaya and new areas. Apart from that, the subgroup paid attention to the protection of vital civilian infrastructure.

The matter was also discussed by the subgroup on economic affairs. “After the latest payment was transferred, water supply in Lugansk Oblast is available universally and in full. I hope that thanks to regular payments water will continue being delivered without interruptions. It is a concrete and very important result of our work for the benefit of the people,” said Martin Sajdik.
