Belarusian, Russian foreign ministries discuss European affairs

MOSCOW, 14 May (BelTA) – A regular round of consultations between representatives of the Belarusian and Russian ministries of foreign affairs took place in Moscow on 14 May to discuss common European affairs, the press service of the Embassy of Belarus in Russia told BelTA.

The sides discussed a broad choice of matters relating to cooperation within the framework of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), interaction with the European Union, NATO, and the Council of Europe.

During the consultations the Belarusian delegation was led by Andrei Bushilo, Head of the Central Office for Europe and North America of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Russian delegation was led by Andrei Kelin, Director of the European Cooperation Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
