Belarus, Pakistan seek to step up cooperation

MINSK, 30 November (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Pakistan Andrei Yermolovich met with Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan Zaheer Aslam Janjua to discuss ways to step up cooperation in different fields, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“Special attention was paid to the establishment of negotiation forums for bolstering bilateral cooperation in manufacturing industry, light industry, agriculture and pharmaceutical industry,” the press service said.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues of cooperation between Belarus and Pakistan, including exchange of visits and organization of political consultations between the ministries of foreign affairs.
