MINSK, 21 August (BelTA) – Vladislav Surkov, an aide to the Russian president, and Kurt Volker, a special representative of the United States to Ukraine, are set to meet in Minsk on 21 August, BelTA learned from spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik.
“The preparation for such a meeting is underway. It will be closed to the press,” Dmitry Mironchik said.
