MINSK, 23 September (BelTA) – Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei and his Latvian counterpart Edgars Rinkevics praised the dynamic development of Belarus-Latvia relations at the meeting in New York, BelTA learnt from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Vladimir Makei and Edgars Rinkevics discussed further possible steps to promote the development of the dialogue between Belarus and the European Union.
The parties discussed the situation in the EU after the UK's decision to leave the union. The sides also talked over the prospects to regulate the situation in the southeast of Ukraine.
