Belarus' deputy foreign minister meets with French national defense experts

MINSK, 23 June (BelTA) – Belarus' domestic and foreign policy was in spotlight during the meeting with a delegation of alumni of the French Institute for Higher National Defense Studies hosted by the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, BelTA learned from the ministry.

The delegation that was in Belarus on a study visit had a meeting with Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Oleg Kravchenko. Ambassador of France to Belarus Didier Canesse also attended the meeting.

“The parties discussed a wide range of matters related to the priorities of Belarus' domestic and foreign policy, and aspects of international and regional security,” the ministry said.

The delegation was led by Mireille Musso, a former French ambassador to Belarus. It included government officials, businessmen, and representatives of higher educational establishments.
