Belarus-Argentina political cooperation discussed in Buenos Aires

MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – The political cooperation between Belarus and Argentina has been discussed at the ministerial consultations in Buenos Aires, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Belarusian delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Evgeny Shestakov. The Argentinean delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Daniel Raimondi.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral relations, including political cooperation and interaction within international organizations. Special attention was attached to the expansion of trade and economic ties and the development of the legal framework.

A memorandum of understanding on bilateral consultations was signed between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Argentina.
