MINSK, 21 August (BelTA) – Aide to the President of Russia Vladislav Surkov and U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker are meeting in Minsk, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the source, mass media will not have access to the meeting of the aide to the president of Russia and the U.S. special representative for Ukraine.
The U.S Department of State stated earlier that the meeting would focus on Russian-Ukrainian relations.
