On 15 March, Vladimir Andreichenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, and Christine Muttonen, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA), signed an agreement on the organization of the 26th OSCE PA Annual Session in Minsk.
