Belarus' experience and achievements in overcoming social inequality can be seen as useful to other states of the East-European region, UNDP Deputy Resident Representative in Belarus Yekaterina Paniklova told the media in Vitebsk which welcomed the Inclusive Belarus campaign on 6 December.
