The first-day-of-issue stamp dedication ceremony to mark 25 years of Belarusian-Romanian diplomatic relations took place at the National Art Museum in Minsk on 9 November. The ceremony was attended by Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei, First Deputy Communications and Informatization Minister Dmitry Shedko, and Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Teodor-Viorel Melescanu. A presentation of the Belarusian edition of a book of poetry by the Romanian writer Mihai Eminescu also took place in the National Art Museum in honor of the 25th anniversary of Belarus-Romania diplomatic relations.
