OAO Pruzhany Dairy Factory gets 260 tonnes of milk and makes 26 tonnes of cheese per day or about 8,000 tonnes per annum. The cheese comes in 40 varieties. The most popular ones are Russian, Armelle, Maasdam, and Parmesan. The company sells cheese domestically and abroad.
