On 22 September Orsha welcomed the participants of the 10th Union State Bike Ride “Youth of Russia and Belarus – The Road to the Future of the Union State”. The event is taking place from 20 to 25 September. The route includes Smolensk, Pskov, Vitebsk, Mogilev and Minsk Oblasts. Partaking in the event are 60 people (30 young MPs, youth leaders and students from each country).
