On 29 July, Belarusian Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov paid a visit to the Grodno-based Neman Tobacco Factory. Measures to boost the manufacturing efficiency and cut the prime cost through upgrading the tobacco-processing and cigarette-making units were discussed during the visit.
