The Stalin-era architecture of Belarus has a huge potential of attracting foreign tourists, French Doctor in Art History Fabien Bellat said at the presentation of his book about Minsk's Soviet-era architecture.
Fabien Bellat shared a number of discoveries he made during his work on the book. In his words, many buildings in Minsk can lure French and Italian travelers as well as residents of other European countries.
