A delegation of Jiading District of Shanghai led by Liu Haitao, the head of the Jiading District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, visited Moskovsky District of Minsk on 19 August. The Chinese officials met with local administration representatives to discuss opportunities for establishing friendship between the two districts. Members of the delegation were informed about Moskovsky District's achievements in social and economic development.
